Ensuring individuals select and enroll in the proper Marketplace plan can have a major impact on their lives; especially for those who are currently uninsured or underinsured. CognoConnected provides complex resolution support for consumers, marketplace agents, brokers and assisters.
- Established physical offices and a mobile workforce to facilitate education and outreach – assisting consumers with application filings, eligibility determinations, and plan comparisons
- Identified and provided resources for consumers eligible for Qualified Health Plan (QHP) enrollment and assisted with plan selection – increasing QHP enrollments in the Marketplace
- Created a knowledge library to empower help desk agents to correctly handle or redirect inquiries as appropriate
